Overview:
At Web Plex we are here to make sure everything runs smoothly from our side to your side.  Please review the FAQ before submitting redundant questions, this way we can provide everyone with equal support!

FAQ:
We ask that you please read the FAQ before submitting any type of support request.  Repeated answers consume our staffs time which they could be using to better your service!  Every question is important to us, if your answer isn't their submit a ticket and we will be happy to help you!

Trouble Ticket:
Using the trouble tickets is easier for all of us.  It tracks better and there is a log on the site with your question.  Submitting allows us to fully research your problem and we can process and hopefully fix the problem!  This is the preferable method of support!

Phone Support:
We do not offer phone support because, most problems occur within the first ten days of setup.  Afterwards, your site should run smooth.  So we say, why spend money and make your prices of hosting rise to pay for staffed members to answer phones?  The best way is using the trouble tickets!

Online Help:
You may  e-mail support@wplex.com and your question will be answered in the order they are received!  However, we also offer live support through AIM.
